3. Processing takes 5 working days. We’ll notify you immediately once the upgrade is complete.
4. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive 90-day Platinum Elite status (existing account). Complete 15 qualifying nights during that time (including at least 1 night after February 1, 2025) and  your Platinum status will be extended until January 31, 2027. 

What if I cannot stay 15 nights within 90days?

You account will go back to previous status. But we also provide qualifying night stays to your account to help you complete the challenge for reasonable costs.
